1.  THE NEW CEO KNOWS MORE THAN THE MARKET DOES.
 - He/she has interviewed for 2 months.  He knows the market and the company's prospects well.
- He is making an enormous personal decision
based on this knowledge.  What does this decision tell you?

If the the new CEO is "strong" that is enormously bullish

2. THE DEPARTING CEO KNOWS MORE THAN THE MARKET DOES.
